Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time depending on design and production needs.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
Zealuxe is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We rely on USPS, UPS, and FedEx for delivery. Once a package is marked as Delivered, Zealuxe is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first with your tracking number.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • A description of the issue

We will gladly replace the item

Returns

At Zealuxe, we strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. Because many of our items are custom-designed, handmade, or made-to-order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Eligible Returns

  • The design or product is incorrect due to our error

  • You receive the wrong item

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Used or worn items

How to Request a Return

  • A clear photo of the product

  • A description of the issue
